| Description: Fundamentals Gr 1-3 Saturdays 12:15-1:15 Ages 6-8 years - must be in grade 1-3 this class is set-up like our popular GFA FUNdamental classes. Warm-up games on floor to start with event skills in all 4 disciplines - vault, bars, beams, and floor. Theme classes and foundational skills are explored, which means you don't have to have experience in gymnastics to join the class! |
