| Description: Fundamentals K-1 (beginner) Kindergarten/Grade 1 (born in 2018/19) 2:30-3:30pm This program is for those young ones who are new to gymnastics. This class will increase fitness (Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength), develop confidence and build fundamental movement skills necessary for participation in any physical activity and sports. |
