Birthday Parties and Booking Information
All parties are booked for One hour of fun led by a Gymnastics Coach(es). You can book our Whistler location through Liz at birthday@whistlergymnastics.com or our Pemberton location through Seija at pembertonaccess@whistlergymnastics.com
Cost for booking the gym for a Birthday Party is as follows:
1 Coach for up to 8 children (toddlers, and school age): $150
1 Coach for up to 6 children (ages 3-5 Active Start): $150 **To ensure the safety of all participants, the ratio for this age group is 1 coach to 6 children**
2 Coaches for up to 12 children (Ages 3-5 Active Start): $275 **To ensure the safety of all participants, the ratio for this age group is 1 coach to 6 children**
2 Coaches for up to 16 children (toddlers and school age): $275
Birthday Parties for Toddlers will operate in a manner similar to Parent and Tot classes. (All infants and toddlers must be accompanied by one parent or caregiver for each child)
Dates and Times are on the Birthday Request Form based on our regular programming. We will work with you to find a day that works for you, but it also is dependent on our Coach availability. Birthday Parties will run on weekends only.
